It's a small scene in the midst of the Angel episode "Dad," but it's a scene I still remember since it aired back in 2001.
An employee of Wolfram & Hart, the evil law firm dealing with the supernatural in Los Angeles, Gwen (Stephanie Courtney, better known as Flo from the Progressive commercials) is the Files and Records department. What I mean by that is, despite being surrounded by plenty of file cabinets, when she's approached by Lilah to find information about Angel's previous life as a soulless vampire, she's able to psychically retrieve it in an instant. Of course, she doesn't do any of the fancy psychic stuff until Lilah has spent fourteen hours going through an iota of the firm's case files on Angel and his very, very long history. Because it's funnier that way.
